Return & Refund Policy

At CrewWispLampStore, we take pride in the quality of our Polo shirts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers across the United States.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@crewwisplampstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our business address in Abilene, TX.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), CrewWispLampStore will cover all shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 6 – 8 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different size, please email us at info@crewwisplampstore.com

7. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
